Built on Canton Network, with a route to Ethereum.

Assets are issued on the network institutions already settle on. Access for Ethereum applications through Zenith is on our roadmap, enabled per mandate.

Why Canton

A public network designed for regulated assets.

Canton is a network of networks where each transaction is visible only to the parties involved, and synchronised through the Global Synchronizer.

  • Privacy by default

Transaction details are shared only with the parties to a trade, not broadcast to every node.

  • Atomic settlement

Asset and cash legs settle together or not at all, across applications and institutions.

  • Institutional network

Banks, market infrastructure and asset managers already run nodes and settle on Canton.

  • Composable contracts

Written in Daml, a smart contract language built for financial workflows and rights.

On the network

Where institutional counterparties already are.

Members of the Canton Foundation, which governs the network, include global banks and market infrastructure.

Token standard

CIP-56: the Canton token standard.

Our tokens follow CIP-56, the Canton Network token standard. Wallets, custodians and venues that support the standard can hold and transfer them without custom integration.

  • Standard interfaces for holdings and transfers
  • Issuer-controlled transfer rules and whitelisting
  • Interoperable with Canton wallets and custodians
  • Asset metadata and documents attached to the token

Ethereum via Zenith · Roadmap

EVM access without leaving Canton.

Zenith is an EVM execution layer for Canton Network. It lets Ethereum applications and wallets interact with assets issued on Canton, while ownership and compliance rules stay on Canton. The integration is on our roadmap and will be enabled per mandate once tested.

  • Solidity and EVM tooling can reach Canton-issued assets
  • The asset of record stays on Canton
  • Compliance rules apply on both sides
  • Enabled per mandate once live, not by default

Architecture

How the layers fit together.

  1. Access

    • Issuer console
    • Investor portal
    • API
  2. Platform

    • Compliance engine
    • Lifecycle services
    • Reporting
  3. Settlement

    • Canton Network · Daml contracts · CIP-56 tokens
  4. EVM access · Roadmap

    • Zenith EVM layer
    • Ethereum applications and wallets

Security

Security reviewed before anything goes live.

  • Independent audits

Smart contracts are reviewed by an independent security firm before each production release.

  • Key management

Keys are held with qualified custodians or in hardware security modules, never on application servers.

  • Role-based access

Every console action is permissioned, approved and logged against a named user.

  • Monitored infrastructure

Nodes and services run in segregated cloud environments with continuous monitoring.
